XRV Production Area

After years of research & design the XRV is a product manufactured to meet the high demands of offroad driving.

Originally designed as a buggy for the vast sand dunes in the Middle East, the XRV has been further tested & improved upon to handle forest tracks & rocky roads found in its home town of Perth, Western Australia.

The XRV has been fully designed & modeled on a sophisticated 3D CAD computer design program called "Solidworks" so that all components are integrated with each other.

State of the art manufacturing processes are used in production of the XRV including:

  • CNC turret punching.
  • Laser cutting.
  • CNC metal folding.
  • CNC machining.

Fabricated components are jig welded in jigs produced on CNC based machines.

Once the chassis & suspension parts are welded they are then detailed before sandblasted & powdercoated in a tough polyester colour finish.

All other machined components are coated in a corrosion resistant cadmium plating.
